Buildings still look like a potato at M when set to Ultra so it really only helps you see when jumping from the plane. View Distance only affects how far the potato model of buildings are rendered. For example, some trees have different shaped limbs based on the LOD used. This could be better or worse depending on the object in view. Textures affects textures and LODs of objects. Foliage increases tree rendering distance but they're already rendered up to M, but you cannot see players past M so no point in increasing it. Shadows are already forced pretty high so you're only adding minor details in close range. Effects adds even more blur, and lighting effects to the environment. Post Processing also adds blur plus some minor lighting effects. AA adds blur and ambient occlusion, which makes it hard to see even with the recent sharpening effect. I've basically put everything back on low except for anti aliasing. I did adjust some settings that I think have helped a little bit but it still happens from time to time. When I engage in firefights within m and I ADS, as soon as I pull the trigger, the game freezes for half a second or so and gets me killed. So poorly optimized for a game that has had more then a year to be adjusted by the devs.

I can run all setting s a medium and score a fps but get into a fight and it drops to 20 to 30 fps. I had to download 6 gigs for a worse version of this game.

You can't roll out an update which makes the player experience worse. It isn't just me either, a lot of my friends are complaining about the same issue, I have seen multiple twitch streamers with tis get this exact same issue. I have tried multiple graphics settings to no avail.
